The following Committee Chair positions are open:

Communications (E-News) – updating/maintaining e-mails and sending of e-news announcements throughout the year.  This is a great job that you can do at home!

Corporate Donations Management  updating E-Scrip and keeping track of incoming money.  This is a great job that you can do at home!

On-Call Volunteers – keeping an e-mail list of volunteers and coordinating volunteers as needed.  This is a great job that you can do at home!

Volunteer Coordinator:  making a master volunteer list to e-mail distribute to committee chairs and on-call volunteer.  This is a great job that you can do at home!

Project Graduation Treasurer:  responsible to all incoming monies, budget and reimbursements (accounting background recommended)

Project Graduation Fundraiser:  Coordinate this major event in November.  This is a major income source for PPG

Come and volunteer for committee chair position – it’s a great way to get involved with PTO, the school and make new friends.  Our kids are the ones benefit from all of our volunteering.
